Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

All insulated cups and ceramic cups are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Ceramic cups with cracks, chips, or signs of use, and insulated cups with damaged seals or functional defects caused by improper use, are not accepted.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the product securely (additional protective packaging is recommended for ceramic cups to avoid transit damage).
  3. Ship the returned item to our specified address with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defects, incorrect items, or errors on our part.
  • Shipping costs for defective products will be reimbursed after we verify the issue, and the reimbursement will be processed with your refund.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process refunds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, color, or model, specify your request when applying for the RA number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized insulated cups or ceramic cups (with personalized engravings, prints, etc.) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
