Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
All insulated cups and ceramic cups are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- Ceramic cups with cracks, chips, or signs of use, and insulated cups with damaged seals or functional defects caused by improper use, are not accepted.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the product securely (additional protective packaging is recommended for ceramic cups to avoid transit damage).
- Ship the returned item to our specified address with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defects, incorrect items, or errors on our part.
- Shipping costs for defective products will be reimbursed after we verify the issue, and the reimbursement will be processed with your refund.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process refunds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, color, or model, specify your request when applying for the RA number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized insulated cups or ceramic cups (with personalized engravings, prints, etc.) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
